That group decided to have dinner at the restaurant on premises one night. Service was horrible.

SO MUCH TO DO!!! mountain biking, hiking, adventure tours. The service was the real stand out!!! Everyone was incredibly accommodating. Lastly they had fireplaces in the room! So amazing.

When I asked the front desk questions, they were very apathetic and lacked customer service. Completely different from any other Four Seasons I’ve visited before. It took me hours to have clean towels brought to our room, and dirty dishes were never taken on replenished from our room (like coffee mugs).

    just lovely all around

Would not recommend this property given the price - poorly managed, grounds are weedy and unkept, no sundry store, no service after 10pm and the pool deck is lackluster. Casitas are very nice and housekeeping was very responsive. Stay at the Bishop’s Lodge - beautiful property with excellent staff.

Food options were good, but limited. The scenery was breathtaking as well as the nearby Santa Fe and the tours we took to the Indian reservation and Los Alamos

This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons, and while the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the location was lovely, it really was not what we expected from a 5 star hotel at this price point. For us, the big differentiator between a 4 and 5 star hotel comes down to the service, and unfortunately there were just a lot of little things that piled up and left us feeling disappointed. They lost some groceries we got delivered (eventually found them a day later after we bought more), only serviced the room once per day even though the website says twice, it took 45 minutes (not exaggerating) to get a lemonade and chips at the pool (and they got the order wrong), and we were upsold a suite because we were told it was private, but the back patio looked over the parking lot with people walking by all day. Also, on our last night, someone called our room at nearly 9pm (we were getting ready for bed) to ask if we wanted turn down or needed any towels. It was just very weird. Everyone was very polite and sweet, but it’s like nothing was ever quite “right.” The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. The location is unbeatable. The place has a ton of potential. But I just expected something more “special.” We’ve stayed at the Peninsula and Intercontinental, and the service was just on another level. If I’m going to spend that kind of money again, I’d go somewhere that will deliver the equivalent service.

We had a magical time! Must do: guided hike with Amy! We loved every second of our time here-will be back for sure!

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

Amazing resort with Santa Fe architecture! We will definitely be back

The room was very nice, though view from the room was a bit obstructed by bushy trees behind the room. The spa service was good. A free hiking tour offered by the property was excellent. Fireplace in the room was most enjoyable each evening. Terra restaurant on the property, in an upscale resort like Four Seasons, should be better. We went to Santa Fe for most of our meals - lots of superb choices in the city. Responsiveness of the staff in the Terra restaurant was below par. The concept of Cocoa in the Enchanted Cabin was good but the snacks served with the cocoa flight were very sub-par.
