In a good location. That's about all it had going. Pics of the hotel dont match. Couldn't use the pool and they didn't serve breakfast.
-
Property is currently under construction. M any of the stated amenities in the on line description were unavailable. Front desk very unapologetic . Had to stay for 4 nights and never got my room cleaned even after telling front desk when i wanted it done.

First, the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included, and there was even signage at the front desk indicating the same. However, in reality, no breakfast was provided. When I asked the staff, I was told that breakfast has not been available since January due to renovations. If that is the case, this information should have been clearly updated on the booking site and on all hotel signage in advance. as an alternative, we were told that “coffee is available in the room,” but this was very basic and not a satisfactory substitute. We specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included, as we did not want to spend extra time or money in the morning. Having that expectation not met was very disappointing. Also, Wi-Fi was also advertised as included, but the connection was extremely poor. It was so slow that even a simple, low-data email (without photos or videos) could not be properly loaded. It was essentially unusable. While I understand that renovations may be necessary, any services that are unavailable as a result should be clearly communicated in advance. I strongly hope improvements are made so that other guests do not have the same experience.

They are in the middle of renovations... need I say more. A bit chaotic with stuff every where. Staff was great but there was no elevator, no rooms on the first floor and no breakfast.

scary and uncomfortable

Very good

The facility is close to being a homeless shelter with what appear to be numerous permanent residents. Parking lot has abandoned vehicles and trailers with I assume to be residents belongings. This is the second worst hotel I have stayed at. The worst was a Quality Inn (?) on the same street which the City bought and turned into a full homeless shelter. Hopefully the City will do the same with this facility.

Hair in tub,toilet,a/c didn't work, food left in fridge. Second room TV didn't work. Dinning room ceiling had fallen in the past and not repaired. Pool was empty for long time. Dusty motorcycle with expired plates in front entry. Over half of rooms rented to city for homeless people. Called to check availability was told would be $129. Booking .com showed $85. Final court was $95.

None - never mentioned. A lie. Pool was closed. Restaurant was shut down. Doors wouldn’t shut. TVs did not work had to try 2 rooms.

Easy to get to. Found a used q-tip in one of the beds! Overall cleanliness of room was unsatisfactory re-wiped accessible surfaces they cloth was visibly dirty. Disappointed booking site did not mention pool had been drained for maintenance but given the state of the hotel wasn't that surprised. Breakfast room celling was dilapidated. limited options (again not a big surprise), but there was not a napkin in site.

Standard Continental breakfast was available as shown on website The TV could not be turned on even though the remote could show on/Off indicator on TV. Needed little TV before sleep. Called reception at 10 PM , but no one picked up. After a minute the there was busy signal on the phone. So cd not sleep until 1AM. Called reception again in morning about TV not turning ON. The lady said someone will cone to check. No one showed up until 10 AM when checked out.

Breakfast options are very limited and could have improved alot. Swimming pool was closed due to renovation which was not mentioned while booking.

They charged me an extra $58 even though the booking said it was only going to be $234 (including taxes & fees), they ended up charging me $292
-
My son and I always look forward to the outdoor pool when we go on vacation but unfortunately it was closed/empty.

Stay included breakfast. Breakfast was the saddest ever seen rating zero to negative 10. Did not expect spectacular spread with moderate priced room but even the coffee was unpalatable as if reheated yesterdays and burnt it.
