Nice hotel!

Helpful and friendly staff. Great resort & spa property. Beautiful location. We will definitely return on our next trip to New Mexico.

Cleanliness, food was excellent. Friendly staff Difficulty getting a late check out. Landscapers started blowers up too early in the morning.

Wonderful location. Great staff. Beautiful inside and out.

The hotel is beautiful; situated in the desert. It is peaceful and serene. The staff are kind and helpful. After driving 4 hours, it was disappointing that they didn't have a restaurant open for lunch.

The staff was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would staff there again!

The resort itself is massive, stunning, and incredibly well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere feel even more relaxing. Our room was definitely a bit of a trek to get to — we absolutely got our steps in — but once we arrived, it was completely worth it. The view was epic. The room itself was spacious with two beds, plenty of room to move around comfortably, and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The room felt bright and inviting during the day, while the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in and fully relax. The shower was one of the highlights. Great water pressure, endless hot water, and overall just a really nice setup. There was also plenty of lighting, enough towels, and extra bedding readily available, which made the stay feel thoughtful and comfortable. Overall, this resort felt relaxing, scenic, and luxurious without feeling overwhelming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

Our room had melted ice in the ice bucket. We changed rooms and the room had a musty, dirty smell. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. We love the property but our room was $500 a night and was not worth the price. A clean and fresh room is expected for that price. We could also smell sewage as we walked around the property. It’s a lovely setting but we had a bad experience.

Room was very clean with updated features. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurants on site are also great.

Resort, Environment, rooms, personell, activities, food. Everything was great! We had a renovated room. We realised that the noise would spread extremely loud. You could hear the hallway as well as the rooms next door.
