Breakfast worker, who acts like she is losing money every time a guest walks in! And a 8:59:00 am…. Doors shut! And when did they stop giving Hilton members a welcome bag of waters!? Ohh I’m sorry, we only give those to Diamond members! Ohhh excuse’s! I’m not a Diamond member bc I book through a cheaper source than I’ve EVER booked through the Hilton App! But how did I know I was to get one if it wasn’t just given to me! ? At most! I have stayed at that very hotel multiple times and never been treated like that before!

Room setup was great. Plenty of space for 5 people. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Definitely staying here in the future when we come to visit family.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue was the toilet handle was loose but it was immediately fixed once I notified staff. The property was maintained. The hotel is conveniently located. Parking is free and that's rare now a days. I didn't use the amenities this time. The breakfast was a good assortment. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Only 15-20 mins from SFB airport which was very convenient for my family. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I will definitely book with them again. N/A

I wish the breakfast time could be extended until 10 AM. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the last year. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the place was very clean and well cared for. I would recommend us to anyone who is looking for a very nice place to stay.
