Uptown Oasis San Jose Airport

Doors use electronic key cards but they only work briefly, then you have to get them fixed in the reception. Had to do this million times.

It was exceptionally hard to find the room in the first place. I was backed by the exit. I asked the staff numerous times to help me and they were too busy to do anything about it. And the rooms next to me had nobody in them but they decided to have people above me that partied all night and I got no rest. I went to the front desk to ask them if I could have an extra few hours to sleep in in the morning and they told me no. They had no solutions. I was so unhappy with this place.

Shower was not working, advised hotel. Two days later still no working shower.

The value for the price at the location is good

Front desk and maintenance staff were very kind and helpful. Wi-Fi didn't always work. Rooms are older and althought clean just felt a bit dingy.

Nice comfortable, clean & quiet hotel! I definitely recommend if your’re near SJC Airport or surrounding Bay Area. Tropical 🌴 Landscape vibes with nice pool & jacuzzi.

I have never wrote a review before. I don’t like to complain. I read the reviews before booking and majority of them were positive but my experience was not. First, the location isn’t the best but a lot of hotels near the airport are not in the best location. Second, the food at the restaurant in the hotel was not the great and there was one man working. He was very nice. Now onto the room(s). The first room we were in, as soon as my boyfriend got into bed half of the bed sunk. Literally sunk to the springs. When I called two separate times to see if we could change rooms they were not immediately accommodating so then we decided to go down to the lobby because they were taking too long to get back to us and when we got down there, two of the workers were just standing there, not even looking in to changing our room. We finally got into a different room and the bed didn’t sink, but you can definitely feel the springs and the mattress just wasn’t comfortable. Also, you can tell in both rooms. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floors had not been swept thoroughly.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive. The room service house keeping staff went above and beyond with keeping our room clean.

I love staying at this property. Excellent location, close to downtown and such a great price for the area.

This hotel is older but immaculately clean. The staff was professional but also very friendly. I loved having a wonderful restaurant just off the lobby as well. Breakfast was great and the dinner of fish and chips was the best I've had. I would definitely stay here again.

What stood out most was the excellent customer service and the attention to detail throughout the property. It's clear that the team takes pride in providing a great experience for guests. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend this place to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Clean rooms, plenty of parking and it’s near the airport. Good value

Great hotel and staff. The pool is big and clean. All the rooms were very clean with lots of amenities and including microwave good iron ironing board, etc. The only complaint is don’t go to the restaurant. The food is horrible. The bar is good.

We like the place. The room was clean and very nice. The pool and the jacuzzi were also clean. It’s a bit outdated, but nice regardless. The staff were very helpful.

Beautiful property. Well maintained. Nice staff, great breakfast! Bed was HORRIBLE! Laid down and could feel ALL THE SPRINGS! Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. As a matter of fact, I didn’t hardly sleep because it was so uncomfortable!

The “oasis” part of the property was nice and so was the lobby/resturant Got spotlighted by the police as soon as we parked for the night and then watched them pull someone out of their room, not sure if it’s a regular occurrence around there or not. $15 breakfast and limited “snack” room with warm sodas. DirecTV wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch anything during our stay. Outdoor carpeting to the rooms was nasty looking.

Nice Price Point for a clean, quiet, well maintained facility & attentive staff. Keep up the great work 🙂👍.
