This hotel was one of those 2. The location is great and the price is great but getting screamed at by a homeless crackhead in the parking lot as I was walking from reception to the room, seeing bloodstains in the sink, a hole through the bathroom door and hearing my neighbor spend 20 minutes trying to break down their door, I was out of there. The bed seemed comfortable but I didn't want to leave the room and be worried the entire time that all my stuff would be gone when I got back. I immediately left and booked a safe hotel down the street.

Bed bugs everywhere, homeless around, it’s like a guetto. Pay a little bit more for another place, this place it’s 💩💩

My sink had a big hole in the side of the sink completely covered in rust. The exterior is in unacceptable condition and should not be recommended to business travelers. There is so much deferred maintenance, I suspect it just needs to be razed and something new built in its place.

there was plenty of staff, and it was cleaner than I thought .

no TV or coffee in the room. no hot water for shower in am., no bedside lamps or lighting. would give it a zero if possible.

The front lock was broken and the room had cockroaches and bedbugs all over it.

The property was dirty, parking lot full of trash, dangerous, holes in the wall, mold on the ceiling...

went to purchase and price was raised $20 before i could buy. wall had a hole in it. night clerk was gone but left office open. had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to check in.

Location No hot water smelled like mold

To be quite honest, if I could give a lower score I would because everything was terrible. There was no hot water. The room was dirty. The bed had stains on it. There was no television. The walls were unkempt. There was termite holes on the roof. I was just the worst day I’ve ever had in a hotel.
