Staff was excellent. Ideal location to walk to SAP center.

Everyone was very helpful. Very clean and love the free water! Keep it up. You’re doing something others aren’t.

Attach shower pipe to wall please. Also, refrigerator is very noisy. Woke me up multiple times.

Very lovely. I have stayed here a couple of times and loved it every time.

The staff is always super friendly and acknowledge my name. Give me a quiet room with a view. I come down for radiation and Dr's. appointments so it's a little stressful and taxing but they are great!

Water appears to be shut off at night until 6am. In case this might be important to you

Excellent location for going to sap center, and walk to San Pedro market Square,, friendly staff, love the old art, deco character rooms are comfortable. Furnishings were just slightly dated but fine. The check-in system is painfully slow.

Great location close to event I was attending, within walking. Beautiful clean rooms and comfortable bed. Had a great night sleep and I have trouble sleeping most nights. No parking lot. Had to pay a lot for valet parking or find parking someone else

Good location, friendly and helpful staff

There is no bar, restaurant. They offer complimentary breakfast but there was no restaurant at the hotel. Valet parking is the only option at 47.00 per day. The hotel is dated and needs to be remodeled. The rooms are small and restrooms need to be remodeled. I will not be back.
