When I check out and was told there was charge for LA Protection Fee $13.92 on my deposit. I just left Hilton ,San Gabriel which didn’t charge. Neither Home.com disclose the charge nor Embassy Suites when check in. It’s not acceptable and the hotel can find any excuses to charge tourist and customers.

Location was fantastic! We enjoyed the multiple restaurants around, and walked to the park, etc. parking was a good bonus.

This is an old Hilton. The lobby and dining room look like they have had some work done, but the rooms are nothing special. Sheets were clean, but rug was old and stained. One of the shower walls had dried toothpaste or body scrub caked on. The worst thing was when the power went out at around 2:00 am. The room was so hot and uncomfortable. My entire family overslept and we rushed out to work and school. Will not be returning.
