YOTEL San Francisco

The room we got was terrible and the staff instead of changing or finding another accomodation, the person said it was the right room for us. The room had high stairs. Had no bed frame but was stck in a place close to the ceiling. The wall not finished with the cement and concrete exposed. Not nice and close to 200 per night was terrible.

My room was very amazing with a great view outside very clean. Friendly staff in the front helping check in if you had any questions or get any snacks. The air condition in the room was great all night.

literally there was no cold water available in the hotel. lol

The breakfast was generous and well managed.

The stay was good overall, only the free breakfast could be better.

Great for single travelers. Rooms are small and toilet is in the room without a privacy divider. Clean and easy to access.

Location from Civic Center Bart is incredibly convenient

Clean hotel and a great location with easy access to BART. When I booked the hotel I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't we got a bill once we got home. I don't know if Hotel.com is not updated with this information, but ended up with and extra $35-45 charge per day.

I had a corner room which was spacious with great views. There was a bed and a couch with small tables/divans, no desk. Clean and modern styling. Plentiful USB A&C outlets. Wifi was strong. They had a lounge with coffee and vending machines on the second floor. A gym with treadmills and dumbbells was in the basement. It's located at Civic Center (Market & 7th) which has a BART and MUNI station and lots of bus options. This is a robot hotel with minimal service. I signed in on a iPad at the front and got my key there. There was no info on the password to Wifi and I had to come back down and ask the guard/concierge. Breakfast was continental. By the time I got there at 10 AM, everything was gone and the place was a mess. No staff in attendance. The location is a bit desolate at night with homeless wandering around. The area is much better than it used to be having plenty of police presence. Not many food options in the area.

Our stay at YOTEL was incredible. We stayed at a few hotels during our stay in San Francisco and YOTEL was by far our favorite! The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Ariel. Highly recommend! Everything about the hotel is first class!

A real gem!!!

The room description mentions the size but until you arrive you don’t realise just how small it is.
