Shared washroom and restroom. Rooms are too small. No cleaning. No parking

The only positive is the location near Oracle Park, not a family hotel very few amenities, you dont have a bathroom or shower in your room. Only stay if you are on a budget and by yourself.

Double occupancy rooms with 1 full size bed. No room has 2 beds. The Deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. I bring a small air mattress for my sister so we don't have to sleep in the same bed. Bring everything you need. Hotel doesn't provide much. Rooms are great for short visits or work trips in the area because its close to everything.

The staff was kind. The shared bathroom was clean.

Flooring it’s really sticky smells bad pillows. Inside the covers are dirty. The rooms are very hot. If you open the windows the noise outside from the traffic. It’s really loud. They rent rooms for a long period of times I see that they look like little apartments the building looks crooked even going down the stairs you have to go sideways. If you wanna get in the building you have to call the number in order for them to bust you in as there’s no direct access that guy got upset when we were checking out because we called the window to return. The key bathroom is shareable. They have no paper to cover the toilet. The building is really outdated with amenities that they provide. I search around and there’s similar prices and other details without sharing the bathroom very clean definitely not coming back to this one.

2. To stop the door beeping after closing, have to monkey with the deadbolt.

If you just need a bed for the night, this is ok. Not a homebase or anything, but a bed, a sink, a shower. The staff is hard to find.

Location location location! It was just a few blocks from all the things I was in San Francisco to do. I loved my room with a view. Great food was very close, as were dispensaries, music venues, and laundry for those longer stays.

This week, I stayed in room 306 at the Utah hotel. The room had two drawers, a table, and a chair. However, the sink was worn and it took an extremely long time for the water to get hot. As a result, I resorted to using the sink in the shower to freshen up. I hope this issue is resolved soon so there is not a line to take a shower. I appreciate the convenient location, as it’s a short walk to Kaiser and close to the Giants stadium. The hotel is gradually undergoing renovations, so I’m optimistic the rooms will be improved in the future.

The room and views were really nice. I was a good short stay. For the price, it was pretty good.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and the room itself were very clean. The room had a sink in it. The shower was a separate room from the toilet. It’s in a gentrified area, so it’s a mix of good and bad imo. I personally decided not to be out walking around at night and I’m a 210 pound 6 foot two male. The room was fine. I didn’t come to San Francisco to spend a lot of time in my hotel room.

The location. There were homeless and drugged-out people at the property. The place smelled awful. Didn't get a refund despite asking for one at check-in due to evident health & safety concerns.

I frequently stay at The Utah Inn, and this week I was in room 312, which was a larger room with two windows. Unfortunately, there was no hot water from the sink, and there was a leak under the cabinet. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
