The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The absolute best bed & breakfast in San Francisco! Cleanest rooms, friendliest and most attentive staff, great location, most delicious breakfasts and snacks/baked goodies throughout the day. Our son graduated from USF this past Saturday and we’ve consistently stayed here. On our next trip to S.F., just to visit and explore more we’ll stay there again!

The room we stayed in was rather small but the bathroom was nicely finished. We needed more choices for breakfast.

Charming hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Coffee/tea and selection of sweet or savory snacks available at all hours as well as a full egg bkft. Maintaining the original character of the location makes adding some more contemporary conveniences, like an in room mini fridge, a challenge. However, the use of the kitchen refrigerator is permissible and very helpful.

Pleasant experience with no hiccups. Only concern would be the mattress felt incredibly worn out with deep pockets in either side.

Cozy spot with wonderful staff. The traditional decor feels like you are in your grandmother’s house. Bathrooms are very modern with nice amenities. Continental and hot breakfast options available. There are abundant fresh baked cookies, chocolates, and other snacks available all day.

There should be a set of instructions for connecting with the TV. Some of us are not very tech savvy.

It’s an old house and you can hear people talking and walking in your room from floor above. The decor is beautiful.Breakfast is very good and the homemade cookies are the best ever!
