Location is convenient; the concept and execution are clever! I made a reservation for a queen size pod nearly a month before our stay (having stayed here once before in a queen pod). When we arrived at 10:30pm, we were told that only two single pods were available, one of which was up a very steep ladder. I was suffering from a spell of atrial fibrillation, and was in no condition to climb up. Fortunately my wife took that bed. When I complained via text, and asked for a 50% refund, I was told that since I had made the reservation that day they couldn’t guarantee my “request”. NOT true. The representative also said that the host – JAHRED – Had offered us a refund. NOT true! They refused even a partial refund on my payment. Just now, to see if their assertion that reserving a queen bed is only a “request“, I chose a dozen different dates stretching into the future more than six months, and every time the booking.com website indicated that the property was “SOLD OUT”. They have blocked me! I worked in the Hotel business – at high-end resorts – and this is no way to treat guests.

Great location, very clean and staff easy going h and friendly. Everything OK and if had to pick something a shower surface that would be less slippey when wet and soapy.

Great place to stay. Clean, modern and friendly staff. The location is amazing ( lots of restaurants, coffee shops, deli’s, and shopping around) and above all very convenient to transportation.
