The property is right in the heart of the city. Very clean rooms and professional staff. They kept our luggage in secured storage as were early thn the check in time which allowed us to roam around in the morning.

I would never go back. It was horrible. Disgusting everything in the room was disgusting and dirty. That whole hotel needs to be sanitize. Smells like piss everywhere. It’s horrible horrible horrible experience. It was my first time in San Francisco. Specially at the Hilton in San Francisco and it’s going to be my last time ever in San Francisco or at the Hilton.

The fact that the room was clean, they do have a restaurant around check in in case you want to start the festivities early as well as the staff is always friendly!

I understand that these are the program’s policies, but from a guest’s perspective, it is difficult to see the real advantage of booking through Expedia if any savings are ultimately offset by the loss of loyalty benefits upon arrival. This experience has made me reconsider future bookings through Expedia, and I will most likely book directly with Hilton in order to take full advantage of the benefits offered through the Hilton Honors program. That said, I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and the clear explanation they provided regarding the situation.

Also, parking is over $90 per day and there is no other option nearby. The carpets are old and kinda gross in the rooms and hallways.

Valet was nice. Restroom was not thoroughly clean. I found a couple hairs and rice grains in multiple spots in the restroom.
