Hotel Zoe Fisherman's Wharf

There was a spider in my room when I checked in. My room was a bit small. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Extremely friendly staff. Nice touches like blankets for the fire pits and s’more’s. Small restaurant credit. Great location next to fisherman’s warf! Comfortable beds. Coffee and tea every morning. Would return and recommend every time!! 5 stars

We enjoyed the hotel amenities (especially evenings in front of the fire) and the convenient location while we visited SF. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Nice in-house restaurant

This was an incredibly cute hotel located closely to all pier activities. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39 and Pier 33 where all the Alcatraz tours leave from. Convenient valet parking and friendly staff. The rooms are older but cozy and everything is clean and updated. Loved the complimentary s’more’s every night by the outdoor fire pits. Great touch!

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel was in a great location. We had breakfast at the restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere, great staff and delicious food.

Overall, the hotel was in a good location, but there were a few areas that let the experience down. The front desk staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful during check-in, and the valet service seemed overwhelmed, it took around 20 minutes to bring our car each time. Unfortunately, the bathroom also wasn’t as clean as expected when we arrived. While the stay was okay overall, I think there is room for improvement, particularly in customer service and housekeeping

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms were serviced every day with the exception of our next to last day for some reason-not sure why. If you want to be close to the wharf, this hotel does that. If you are a light sleeper be aware that even on the 4th floor, you can hear street noise. This surprised us and woke me early 2 mornings when combined with the light that came in around the curtains. Overall though it was a good stay.

This hotel was a hidden gem. Super nice staff, restaurant on site was delicious, rooms were great, and the lighting was amazing, bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. I would absolutely stay here again! Maybe have a slightly wider variety of after hour snacks available, that was the only criticism!

Rooms were very small and dated looking. Mattresses were old. Great location and helpful staff, but rooms were not worth the money.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, everything worked as it should- hot water and pressure was fantastic. SAFE HOTEL, was not worried about the area. Short walk to pier 39 with good shopping. We are from the southeast and felt comfortable with the accommodations

Will definitely stay here again on my next SF visit!

This is a lovely hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of Fisherman’s wharf. Great staff and courtyard, spacious rooms, and a relaced ambiance

Fantastic hotel, very pretty and clean, staff was friendly and great location

The parking is valet only and not cheap. The room was clean. The shower was pretty clean. The bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows. The sheets were not soft. Check-in and check out process was easy. The property is within steps from pier 39.
