The best parking deal for $27 in downtown SF! Super close to everything we did. Clean rooms and the outdoor pool/ gym is great to have.

We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. I was very appreciative since we didn’t want our clothes to smell as we went out. The rooms are great! Clean, good amenities, and beautiful views! The location is walkable and close to a great little bakery. Parking is one of the cheaper in SF and is very secure, you have to key in and out of the gate.

We were on the 26th floor and the cable kept turning off however the Television in the bar and eating areas worked well

Comfortable bed and pillows, accommodating housekeeping staff, a well-equipped gym for its size (more than one bench), quick grab snacks, and the Keurig worked. All I could ask for is a reasonable price point for San Francisco.

I loved the outdoor pool plus the fitness center ! Absolutely amazing views from level 18!

This was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately it is very unsafe. I was confronted in a elevator by a homeless vagrant for my room key. I escaped before the door closed us in. Once I told security they sprung into action. It is unfortunate this beautiful establishment is hindered by the public.

The service and staff are great. The highlight was our room—the views looking out toward the San Francisco downtown skyline were absolutely stunning. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-tier experience in the heart of the city!

The location is accessible. There is the California cable car line a block away, and numerous Muni lines - 1, 49, 19, 38 to highlight some, will link you easily to various parts of the city such as Fisherman's Wharf, the Marina, downtown Civic Center, Fillmore area. It's a well-transited corridor for ride-share services as well. There are many restaurants and eateries nearby from affordable to higher end. There is also a Trader Joe's and CVS nearby too. The check-in staff were very friendly and even got us an early check-in (this all depends on availability). There were a few unhoused individuals in the neighborhood, but much fewer than in previous years. There are a water-filling and microwave stations in some floors but not in individual rooms. Overall, a nice, decent hotel, in a good location with sufficient amenities.

Families from other parts of California and Washington gathered here for a Celebration of Life service. The location was convenient, including for restaurant options. Parking was safe and secure; and it was a nice option to have the California Street Cable Car just around the block from the hotel to explore other parts of San Francisco!
