My husband and I usually stay here when we're in town and had no problems. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. This time not so much. The staff were kinda rude and the room we stayed in was not as we usually stay. We were up on the 19th floor and still able to hear the traffic noise on the street.

Really nice room and perfect for my needs

Lots of construction in the area, can't wait to see what it becomes. Otherwise a nice property in Chinatown. Very convenient location.

Air conditioning is not working properly parking pay extra not including breakfast..

Blankets are very thin

They were stripping the floors in the main entrance, which caused some traffic coming and going and loud noise. Seemed like odd timing knowing they had increased traffic with the World Cup, to choose then to do the floors and block off the exit doors. Due to high traffic, the elevators always seemed to be a wait. Only 1 set (of 4) elevators for the entire building, which easily could have used more sets given the size of the hotel. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Next to China town and walking distance to most parts of down town

During my stay, the hotel was not kept clean. The bedsheets appeared not to have been changed before I checked in, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. The room did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and this made my stay very uncomfortable. I was disappointed with the overall condition of the room and expected much better hygiene from the hotel.

Loved my stay at the Hilton, excellent location. The staff is great, we got a room with a nice view of the bay and Coit tower. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be centrally located, I love walking so walking to the Embarcadero, Lombard Street and Coit tower was not a problem.

Spent $75 for parking just to have my car broken into and get told there’s nothing they can do.
