Very basic hotel bedrooms. An upgrade of hotel rooms and common areas would improve hotel appearance. Staff is helpful. Great location, close to Fisherman's Wharf.

They did not clean our room during our stay. We ran out of towels and even toilet paper.

When my guest arrived, she was not able to get into the room because her name was not on the reservations and then a couple hours later her name appear on the reservations very inconvenient

Stayed for a night with family, location is great and close to lots of places to eat and things to do and see. Staff was super helpful and gave recommendations for how to travel around the city.
