Not as good as I expected. Walkable to the beach was the best part.

It was nice

We did experience an uncomfortable situation in the pool earlier when a few children and a grown up told my husband and daughter that if they didn't speak English they should get out the pool. They decided to go to another pool but other than that our stay has been amazing

One complaint is the Muzak throughout the entire property. At breakfast, in the lobby, at the pool. So loud that I couldn't have a conversation at breakfast. Pool area music came blasting on at 6am for 15 minutes, then someone noticed. Then was on until 10pm. They did turn it down when I asked one night. But, I just don't get it, ruined the vibe of an otherwise very classy place.

The property was nice, and the morning restaurant staff was friendly.

Great restaurants and a helpful shuttle into town. Fabulous pools with food and drinks while you swim. We will go back!

The hotel is a little aged, rooms need some touch up to the wallpaper and a little rust to the fixtures in the bathroom, but overall a clean location and well worth the visit. Will definatly stay here again. BE AWARE OF THE A/C OVERFLOW. Ours was located in the bathroom right over the counter and went it overflowed it dripped all over my husband's amenities bag. We didn't have any idea what it was, but it appears that these overflows are common in CA hotels. An 'engineer' was sent immediately, he resolved the issue in a manner of a few minutes, and the hotel provided replacements for a few of the amenities (toothbrush and such) that were dripped on. The hotel handled the issue quickly and we were on our way to the pool. Overall a good experience with who timely and polite they were.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The check in process was easy and fast. The view at night from our room was breathtaking. Thank you again for making my birthday weekend memorable

Great location on the water. Staff were friendly and accomodative. Its a large place and it can feel a bit impersonal. You feel like a conventioneer and not necessarily a guest. Parking is steep.

I wish it had ev chargers but they let us use whatever wall plugs we could find for free. Better than nothing!
-
Great room and facilities. Very comfortable bed. Lovely views of San Diego. Great location. Very peaceful. On check I was asked to pay an extra $46 to maintain the facilities which were all included in my booking. It was a scam to make money out of guests - be careful folks. Really upset and unsettled me and given I was there only one night tainted the experience .

Location beautiful I was charged on my credit card of a bill that wasn’t mine and I still havnt got the full amount back and the apology was poor
-
The first room i got smelled like chlorine and pool water and then the second room. The shower wasn’t clean and my phone didn’t work to reach the front when I went to the front to see if they could fix it it was confusion there too

I will definitely stay here again! It’s a beautiful resort!

Quiet, access to beach, great views. Charge for parking.

Very spacious hotel with very large swimming pool areas, several options for eating on the premises, spa, gym, tennis. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable. Aside from being around the pool and having a drink at the bar, there isn't much one can do here as the place is quite isolated. The free shuttle service to Coronado each half hour is a great service! Wifi, not requiring any password, gave us some trouble. Though I found the price per night to be very reasonable for the value, the prices for the Spa services were ridiculous. Some of the staff could be slightly friendlier.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Great service and good food! The property has lots of options to stay in or explore Sand Diego. The free shuttle to Coronado Beach was very convenient.
