Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean! The pool towels were a little small and worn, but otherwise everything was great! I will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, the drinks at the bar were strong and the pool was conveniently located next to the bar. It is 25 dollars for parking a night and I wish there was more room in the bathroom to put your things but the stay was fantastic overall

I loved this hotel pool site is so nice staff members jesus Valentino and housekeepers are so friendly the bartender very nice the hotel is clean and well maintained
-
We really loved this hotel. The pool and bar were awesome. I like that they were showing the world cup games by the pool. The staff was nice. Valentin was really helpful. Great experience.

Staff friendly and helpful. My plane was late getting to airport Monday night 22nd. Car rental at airport was closed for the night. Desk receptionist was helpful getting me back airport next day to pick car up. Places to visited while on vacation first time in San Diego. I think the colors in the room could be a little brighter.

My only complaint was that there is no elevators to get your luggage to the second floor. Outside of that, the experience was wonderful.
-
Room did not get cold. Mini fridge was not working remote to the TV was not working the front desk. Staff skipped over me at check-in to help someone white behind me which I thought was crazy. So I already had a bad taste on my mouth staying there the room smelled old.
-
Property was a bit more run down and old than the pictures and reviews state. It was okay for a day but not somewhere I would want to stay for longer or with multiple people.

Clean room, housekeeping was very helpful.

Staff was great!pool was big and clean.

My teen granddaughter & I had a very pleasant stay here. The pool was clean & warm. We enjoyed the 2 tv’s by the pool, we were able to watch the World Cup. The fire pits were nice too & the reef cafe food was incredibly good full of flavor. The location is Hotel circle near most attractions. We can’t wait to come back.

Room seemed dirty…bathroom is cramped…no soap!!!
-
Good spot close to all the attractions.

Parking for $24 a night is ridiculous. No elevator. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. Paper thin walls. Rock hard bed. Tub backed up. Called front desk twice, on hold over 10 minutes each time. Restaurant tipped themselves without my knowledge. Front desk staff seemed like I was disturbing them when asking a question.

The staff was extremely helpful regarding that only the property but giving suggestions on where to go and what to do. The lobby was a little musty smelling but other than that everything else was perfect so I have no complaints in that area. The only thing I was a little perturbed about was that on three different occasions when talking to the hotel staff, prior to arriving, if they had adjoining rooms, which I was told they did not however we had Rooms next to each other where we can go in and out from the balcony part side, and as it turns out the balcony wall that connects the two rooms was a wall in the area that looked like it had once been a door. So the family had to keep going into the hallway using their key card and although not a real big problem, since I was the one who made the inquiries and was told that we could go in and out of each other’s rooms via the balcony and since I was paying for these rooms, I was a little perturbed that I was given incorrect information, but as I said, it wasn’t a real big problem and everything was excellent other than that
