Very nice for the price!

Hotel was clean. Pool was nice. AC did not work well at all. Room never cooled down. Hotel was worth stay but out of the way if your a tourist.

The pool area was great for relaxing and the location was close to the highway for ease of access, but we didn’t hear the road noise in our room. Room was clean but needed some repairs and had a lightbulb out in the bathroom.

Great stay! Very clean and inviting. Front desk was warm and welcoming. We were only given 2/2 rolls of toilet paper so we did have to ask for more, but it was brought immediately.

Amazing

It was a short stay for my family as we prepared for my daughter’s graduation. Close to UCSD, clean, in a good location, parking was good and friendly staff. One of my rooms wasn’t ready and they comped my parking for the delay.

The only downside was related to booking through Expedia. Even though we’re Hilton Diamond members, we weren’t eligible for any Diamond benefits because we booked through a third-party site rather than directly with the hotel. It almost felt like a penalty for using Expedia. Other than that, we had a great experience. The hotel is a little older, but it’s very clean, well maintained, and surprisingly quiet. We stayed for five nights and slept well every single night. Parking costs $28 per night, which feels a bit pricey, but I guess that’s just California pricing. Overall, we’d happily stay here again.

Staff could not have been more helpful.

The room service from housekeeping was horrible. I had hair left over on the shower floor when I checked in on Monday, I brought it to their attention on Tuesday and Wednesday, it was still there on the floor. The housekeeping dont clean well. Also the parking is horrible, I had to park 1/3 block away on the 3rd floor and haul my luggage to the hotel. Very limited parking.

Amazing room. Clean and spacious! Great front desk service!

Staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet we were charged full price and no eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage. They apologized and were very nice but I paid $15 a person for us to make our own waffle and bagel. The hot tub was cold, and the parking was terrible for $28 a night.

Pool area is beautiful! Kennedy was amazing at keeping it so clean! Great lobby, clean facilities! The happy hour is great too!

Location, staff and pool The sofa bed sheets weren’t changed. Daily room service, it wasn’t cleaned as expected and refilled amenities.
