The facility is in need of a major makeover. Rooms are dingy and in need of a fresh coat of paint, gouges in the door, toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Owners obviously not putting capital back into the facility. Very noisy place, from the loud freeway noise to the pounding footsteps from the floor above. The room was clean though. However I would recommend choosing another place for accommodations!

Spoke to the front desk, she said she would make a note about it for 'reservations'? The 'living room' facility was nice but the self-serve coffee/water machine needed constant attention and cleaning! Had cleaning service at 9:00a, a bit early for me, she said she'd be back - she didn't! At 9:00p, after a full day out, went to the front desk and was told I'd get cleaning in the morning! I asked her for clean towels!

The property is well maintained and the staff is very diligent about keeping on top of everything. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I needed it. A good thing to know is that there’s security roaming around the property particularly in the evening so if you’re concerned about safety that should help put your mind at ease, even just a little. The only con I would say about the property is that the walls are thin so you can definitely hear when people are using the water for a shower and/or leaving their rooms or if you’re on the first and second floor like we were you'll hear the people above you if they're heavy footed. Also, if you can avoid a corner room next to the elevator, I would do so because you can also hear people walking on and off and pressing the button for that as well but other than that, if you’re not sensitive to sound, you’ll be okay. It did a good job of accommodating our needs during our stay.

Stayed for 5 days, we had 2 rooms was more spacious than expected and the amenities were surprisingly nice.
-
Definitely a great stay for the price and location. I did solo travel and it accommodated me very well. I enjoyed the pool scenery and appreciated the fact it was heated. Not hot but room temperature. I would recommend.

Staff not very friendly. They charge extra for parking.

Cons: Pool was infested with bees and ants. Gym had 2 cardio machines and 1 pair of 15 lb weights. Ghetto clientele all over with ghetto cars in parking lot. Large Mexican family party at the pool, including chafing dishes and Costco sized boxes of snacks. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Paper thin room doors with no weather stripping. Heard the outside conversations like they were in our room. Coffee machine dispensed clumpy coffee. Room included a “kitchenette” but there were no microwaveable plates, just styrofoam. Plastic utensils, a pot, a pan. Didn’t end up cooking at all.
-
Helpful and kind staff. The bathtub drained slowly. Other than that, this place was a great stay, and I recommend it for anyone looking for a decent-priced hotel in the San Diego area.

Easy check-in, seamless stay with no issues.

Perfect location. Great value. Friendly staff.

The rooms could have been cleaned better. The staff was great and very informative, nice and accommodating. Ideal location and very convenient.
-
Not bad for the price and if you’re not there most of the day. Did have a mirror wave and fridge which was a bonus. Super close to highway so it was quick to get most places. Relatively quiet and felt safe.
-
The room smelled like mildew. There was chipped wood pieces everywhere due to broken furniture and cabinets. Couldn’t shut sliding bathroom door. Microwave and mini fridge were dirty. Crumbs on floor.
-
My only complaint will be the smell of the room. I was there for a few days and had to get some room smells
