The air conditioning was broken on the first 2 floors. It was very uncomfortable, it effective the gym. The guest washer and bathrooms by the pool was out of order.

The ac in the lobby isn’t working. Room ac wasn’t properly working as well.

The stay was overall okay. Not the best hotel we've stayed at. It was maintained just enough to make it seem presentable. The faucet in the bathroom sink was too close to the sink making it hard to wash our hands. The carpet was dirty. The AC was not throwing enough cold air. The walls in the bathroom had mold. Room did feel musty. Would not book here again for the price

The beds were comfortable and staff are wonderful.

Room keys consistently did not work and had to keep going downstairs to fix it. Body wash and shampoo containers inside shower were empty upon arrival and were never refilled.

We noticed several “out of order” signs

On line was a bar but on property no bar. Swimming pool was not in use. Air was not working in lobby. In my room sink was not draining but mainteance did fix it. Nets were in room and bathroom picture glass broken.

This is definitely not a 3-star hotel as listed in some reviews descriptions. Upon arrival I noticed that the pool was nonfunctional, and there was no air conditioning in the main lobby area. The first room I was given was located on the 5th floor which smelled like marijuana and had some ceiling tiles missing in the hallway. I was given another room on the 4th floor which had a big wet spot on the floor and the ceiling looked like they tried to paint it but failed. I was finally given another room on the 2nd floor which was okay but by this time my experience was severely scarred. I booked for three nights and was utterly disappointed. If it wasn't for Erica at the front desk doing her best to make up for by accommodating me I don't know what I would have done. Breakfast was decent but the attendant wasn't very sanitary minded and there was food all over the serving area that left me grossed out. I think they need new management here. Book another hotel and save yourself some grief.

Staff was nice and helpful. The property has seen better days but was inexpensive.

Got to the hotel to check in only to find out that the pool was closed. Four days with kids and no pool, no way. Lady at the desk was very rude as of I broke the pool. Still trying to get my money back!

The room decor was a tad dated, but to us what mattered was the comfy bed, the blackout shade, and the cold AC! Would sefinitely stay there again.

Pool was out of service, laundry out of service, milk machine out of service, air conditioning in lobby not working, worst experience in a hotel I've had. I will not return to a Wyndam resort.

En general todo súper bien, solo que al parecer el aire acondicionado de la recepción y el gimnasio estaban fuera de servicio y en áreas comunes hacía mucho calor, lo demás 10/10

Great service and location. Friendly staff, balcony options are awesome and the price is great I'll ask for the higher floors instead of level 1.. Has less privacy by the entry way or pool.area
