Roach infested, dirty, hairy and rundown. Really disappointed in this booking.

The rooms are infested with roaches. The only thing they offered was to end my stay early and gave me bug spray. I also had to call the cops because I had a random man banging on my door at 3am, the staff didn’t care and just said oh well basically. The sheets on my bed were dirty when I got there. I was there for a month and the wifi didn’t work the whole time. The gate to get into the parking lot was also broken almost my whole stay and if they didn’t have the gate left open we had to park in the tiny visitor parking lot and hope there was space and hope you don’t get towed since they say if guests park in the visitor parking lot they will be towed.

What I didn’t like was that there were no curtains to block the light, so I couldn’t sleep because too much light was coming from outside. I also got charged twice, but customer service was really helpful and kind. She helped me and made sure I received a refund.

The weather was cold and rainy the parking was good due to them having gated parking and required a room key to get into the lot. The rooms could use upgrades and all accessible rooms should be on the first floor. Myself and father in law are disabled and both rooms were on the top floor. Mind you I use a walker and he uses a wheelchair. My question is how would we get down 3 flights of stairs if the elevator went out or if there was an emergency like a fire? That would be extremely hard to do. Staff needs better training at check in the receptionist had no clue what he was doing. Couldn’t find our reservations and it took about 10 mins to get checked in. Woodsprings do better please

Room had a weird smell when I first came in, and the vending stopped working after one drink ):

The staff was very helpful and nice. The place was clean, but I still getting them to clean after we were there for a couple days.

Parking did not feel safe , only one elevator was working , door to enter hotel in the back was broken so didn’t need the key card anybody could walk in , the hallway to our room smelled horrible, the fire alarm went off and we were not advised if it was an accident or something else , booked for three nights did not even stay there 4 hours , tried to leave the key with front office nobody was on staff , it was late and the weather was bad so did not wait long to see if someone would return waited about 5 min

This location is an extended inn, which showed as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Individuals are urinating on the sidewalk and the side of the building. The parking smelled of Marijuana smoke, and I waited an estimated 7-10 minutes at the front counter for an attendant to greet me before I left. Another location that did not meet my lodging standards.
