A/c was not working, thankfully overnight person (and he was the only person who made himself available) came and fixed it up. Sheets were not the cleanest nor was the bathroom. When it was time to check out, it took 45+ minutes for someone to come. Unsure if it’s the owner or the manager, but for all the walking around and walk throughs you do at night, things could be a little bit better.

The property is in a poor state of maintenance. The furniture is outdated and worn. The beds look like cots. The showerhead and faucet in the bathroom were rusted. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working, and the front desk staff had to lock the door after themselves. The housekeeper answered phones due to lack of staff and couldn't respond to queries or provide the receptionist's name.

Everything

Had problems with things working in the rooms, door handle, bathroom lock, and no shower curtain. Staff was very accommodating at getting us in a defferent room.

Not as advertised at all. No pool, no refrigerator, no microwave, holes in the bathroom door, door to room was in up repair and difficult to lock. Floor in room was dirty and I had to clean it. Room had holes in the cabinets for pro stove top that had been removed. I am usually not super picky but would not recommend at all.

The doors were in terrible shape, holes, patches, etc. The covers had stains and there was no hot water.

Just terrible all around.

I would not recommend anybody to stay here. At first glance the front part of the hotel seemed decent but the back was totally horrible with two men lying on the hallway. A woman on a corner literally shooting heroin and the rooms smelled like rat pee and the door locks looked totally unsafe. We felt so unsafe and horrified by the location that we chose not to stay the night at all. Worst part is we felt there was some price gouging happening given the conditions and the price was $114. We hope to get a refund from Expedia since we called and told them of the drug activity and unsafe environment we witnessed. The receptionist was kind enough to tell us to tell our third party to call them for a refund but she did not question us at all why we chose not to stay. I would never recommend this place to anybody to stay if they want to be safe.
