Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio/Alamodome Area

Requested a handicap room, did not get one. Husband fell in the tub since there was nothing to hang on to and the matt slipped. Even the house keeper could not put anything to avoid the slipping mat. When requesting a handicap room after the accident was again refused, so we checked out early and thank God our son in law and grandson were available to help us check out. The clerk at the desk acted glad to have us go.

Breakfast consisted of kids cereal and toast. No eggs, no potatoes or bacon/sausage. Will schedule for another location to get full service.

The room was dirty before arrival there were stains on the bed the room had dirt all in it the bath mat and bath tub both had mold the door handle was broken the microwave and fridge was dirty I called about checking in and they told me I can check in at 1:30 I wasn’t able to check I till 8 pm this hotel was terrible I would not recommend and when I called for a refund they denied it with all the pictures I had of the room

plente of parking spot the ac wasn’t working well and made to much noise. ohh and at night i would hear big footsteps from the top room and to much slamming doors by the hallways that i couldn’t even sleep at night!! the smell is terrible smells like wet mop all around the hotel.

La propiedad según las señales “es libre de humo”, pero los pasillos olían mucho a cigarro. La máquina dispensadora de hielo de nuestro piso no funcionaba. El desayuno ofrecido fue muy pobre, pocas opciones, por no decir solo una.

Rooms are old and have some rest around the bathtub and signs of mold. Hotel is in a not so good area. Light breakfast that we didn't even wanna get it

Very dirty. I have pictures greasy floors. Dirty tub. Dirty counter. Ac didnt have the markings. On it.
