I do have to say that the clean room and beds make up for all the negatives.

A nice hotel for cheap ! Cold rooms and comfortable beds !

Everything was good

My toilet seat had a crack in it and the bathroom door didn't close properly, but not a big deal since I was traveling alone. The room was very comfortable and centrally located in that area of San Antonio. Very simple breakfast (hard boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, a variety of cereals, and a variety of bagels), coffee, tea and juices. It was well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful. It had a pool, but I did not try it. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, parking was great, and a/c was cold! Overall 10/10 stay if your gonna spend most of your time downtown or at SeaWorld or SixFlags all day! Kids had a blast in the pool area!

A small con was the area the elevators are was hot. Inside the elevators were hot. The breakfast that was offered was ok. Not bad, but not great. It did feel like there was drag racing outside the hotel. From 11:30pm -1:30am both nights we stayed. And loud upstairs neighbors. I had a hard time falling asleep due to all the noise. But other family members seemed to sleep ok. This is mostly being nit picky. So take how you want. (Did have the fire alarms go off, only on our floor at 12:30 am the last night, supposedly kids did it...that was a first)

We stayed for 3 nights, while we were out no one came to supply us with new towels, toilet paper, tissue was empty or to take out our trash and leave use new bags for trash cans. I let the young lady know and she would inform them to come by. Did not happen so I had to get one myself the day before we were to check out. Amenities- We should have had a microwave and coffee maker but we didn’t. Again, lady at front desk said,” she would relay message. Nothing happened. Had I known they is another Hilton across the street, I would have booked our vacation there.

Our stay here was very comfortable, easy access to restaurants and to the highway. Breakfast was very simple but overall it was a good place.

The restroom was a bit on the small side, but is filled with amenities at least.

It just seemed dirty. The sheets smelled of mildew, felt more like a motel 6.

Ok, so giving a four in most areas. The location was great. But upon pulling in a parking spot had glass in it like a car was broken into. Made us nervous. Then when checking in you have to pay $5 for parking! What else other option is there? Park at whataburger and then get your car towed. So pay parking fee but no security. I’d understand if there was a parking garage but a parking lot for your residence! That’s ridiculous! The hallway carpet was filthy made us nervous for what rooms were going to be. But the rooms were very clean. Bathroom shower could be cleaned a little better. Hair from a previous guest was in the shower! The staff answered questions but just seem like they didn’t want to be there. Overall stay was nice but if you have to pay parking to stay there and no security. That just makes no sense!!! I won’t stay there again simply because of that! Not that $5 is to much it’s just the principle of it.

It was a good experience, beds were comfortable.

Every was great! The only thing was the tub it looked like they didn’t clean it properly but other than that the room was very clean.

Not the cleanest place. The breakfast left a lot to be desired... bagels (raisins and everything were the only options), chocolate muffins and cereal...

It's alright for quick stay

Sheets smelled. And one of the beds had stains on sheets

A $5 parking fee for an open parking lot no security or anything!! Also front desk personnel have a very strong odor that you don’t even wanna talk to them!!! Never again will ever stay at a hotel under that name!
