Wonderful stay!!

Great regular housekeeping. Quiet location. Friendly helpful staff. Forgot to refill the shower gel dispenser. The valet is needlessly expensive. Its not like its an inner city high rise situation, its a lot adjacent to the hotel, a few feet from the front door.. $50+/day plus tips is a exorbiant. The hotel is not quite luxury enough for the nightly rate its charging. Countessa is less per night and a more impressive hotel all around.

The room and the entire property was beautiful, clean, and had a great vibe. They were busy, but the staff was attentive and the valets were fast. The desk clerks were so helpful and kind. Awesome experience.

I love this hotel. The mid century decor is perfect and the location on a quiet part of the riverwalk is ideal. We stayed there Valentine’s on pts. The room was very nicely appointed but the AC didn’t work well. Also, uncovered valet parking was $45/night. Seemed a bit much for uncovered and there’s no apparent public parking other than street parking.

Restaurant in hotel is very good. Attentive service. Quiet hotel, lovely outside and inside. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Valet service super easy and responsive. We will be back next year.

Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovey view of the riverwalk from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel layout and architectural details, modern decor, and beautiful finishes. We will be staying there again when we visit San Antonio.
