Hotel was decent. A little dated but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that there aren’t many fast-food restaurant options nearby. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful finding places to eat and things to do. Breakfast was very good. The tv didn’t work at first but the person at the front desk got the repair man and he repaired it very fast. The room was very clean.

Great hotel

This is my third time stand at this hotel. The first time was great. Had a nice room great view of the tower of America. Second time OK view of the pool. I do like the location right across the street from H-E-B grocery but this day was probably my worst. My view was of the roof of the air conditioner, which is pretty horrible actually depressing looking out the window and then also the hotel was full of one shelf, teenage girl soccer players who were extremely rude blocking my exit. I’m trying to get out of the elevator. I’m gonna staff is nice enough, but I think I’ll take a break from this hotel for a while.

We did have a minor issue - first, their TV system did not carry the SPURS BB game - and our TV did not work properly - took staff several trips to make TV work - but they did fix it!!! Our review of this hotel is rating of 10!!!
