Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest by IHG

This hotel is always my and my family's go to when visiting San Antonio. It is in close proximity to many restaurants, grocery stores, UTSA, etc. Reuben was very welcoming, greeting us as we entered. Even when leaving and arriving back, he would be sure to welcome us back, which made us truly feel welcomed. I don't know the person's name, with a disability, but she too was welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast on both days. The kitchen staff replenished any food, that ran out, on a timely basis. Our rooms were very clean overall. My only complaint concerning the room was the seating area (sofa). It was lots of stains, where no one would want to sit or place their items on it. It seemed there was a spill or something. Whatever it was, it definitely needs replaced or deep cleaned. That was my only complaint concerning the cleanliness. I absolutely love that the security worker drives throughout the night. Yes, I am a night hawk and noticed the flashing light from the car as he or she drove around on a consistent basis. All in all, this was a great stay for my husband and I as we prepare to celebrate our 30th year wedding anniversary. Thanks Holiday Inn... We hope to be back soon.😊

Breakfast was a little expensive so I thought we would get more "non-tradktionally complimentary style" breakfast

The light above the shower was out. The bathroom sink drain was draining very slowly. Everything else was great!

Everything, from the fact that no pets allowed! It didn't smell like mold, everything was clean, we could control the temperature in the room, the breakfast was always amazing and the people service breakfast and the staff serving breakfast were amazing! Door to our room 326 was very hard to open.
