I had already paid for the room, and really hesitated getting down, but figured "well, as long as the ROOM is clean, we can manage..." Went to the lobby and got our room key. There were cigarette butts everywhere on the property, but specifically ones next to our door. While the room seemed clean, it had an overwhelming smell of marijuana, with burn stains on the floor, blankets, bathtub and curtains. My son has asthma, so that wasn't going to work. Informed the front desk, and they offered a different room. Walked through a hallway that reeked of urine to get to the second room, trashes overflowed in every corner. The second room was worse. It smelled of smoke, but this time cigarettes, with significantly more burn marks on the furniture, floor, bathtub, counter, curtains... In this room the curtains, wheets, and pillowcases, were all stained or dirty. While walking out of the room, I noticed they had lightly painted over vandalism, but the words "DADDY D*CK LOVES YOU!" were still very legible, amongst other things. Not the environment I can bring young kids into. I went back my car and asked my kids if they would like to stay or try to find somewhere else. "We dont feel safe here, mom" Returned the key, was denied refund

The only thing that was good there, was the staff in the lobby. This place caters specifically to women of the evening and “partying”. I think I’ve said enough.

Location was not good! People were sleeping outside of office . The hotel was not as presented on the website

clean room and pretty quite place but my check in was horrible. front desk attendant was a woman and I don't know her name but let's just say she is a person with no compassion or empathy for other humans. very very horrible person.

Price The property used to be nice like earlier this year but now it’s one of the worse. Housekeeper didn’t clean room, both sheets had piss stains, the mini fridge wasn’t clean even after waiting 2extra hours. Roaches in some of the rooms. I bought cleaning supplies and re-cleaned the room and mop the floor.. lots of drug n prostitution activities. While police visits the property regularly they never seem to catch the ppl. You cant sit outside without some strange man asking for sex favors and drugs or trying to sell you some kind of drug.. very uncomfortable!! people are allow to have multiple big dogs and sometimes they are without a leash on the property, if front desk knw they try to handle it . Deposit on the room depends on who’s at the front desk. Bring your own towels and sheets. If you need to use theirs they will make you wait till the next morning no matter what. The housekeeping manager is nice she tries her best to help out .

The staff was friendly but I got to my room, the bed sheets were dirty. The TV didn't work. .
