Staff was very helpful with anything and everything I needed help with breakfast was really good cool had a good amount of space and good chairs around to sit

The customer service was great as well as the location.

Clean room staff was friendly breakfast we didn’t take advantage of it

The front desk staff were extremely nice!! The hotel was run down and not in the best area. My room was very old, the tub was peeling I had to put a towel down in the tub to stand on to shower. The pool area looked nice, I didn’t go in to use it. If you’re looking for a place close to the base, this was pretty close but not the typical cleanliness or upkeep that I usually expect.

Hotel was good overall

Comfortable beds and clean pool Not enough towels, found a roach, and interrupted by housekeeping 3 hours before check-out. Very loud and inappropriate behavior in the hallway late at night.

Rooms was not clean. I needed to move into another room

Staff very friendly, Fair Breakfast, clean room, Free Parking BUT There was a part on one of the hallways that had a bad odor & not enough space in the restroom

It was close to air base. This hotel is dirty and unsafe,. The staff mostly the GM lies and does not work with military families if the schedule changes. He will tell you on the phone he will work with you then not keep his word and use other staff to tell you differently then what he agreed. Fake Sheets and top comforter had yellow stains asked to have replaced. Holes in the walls, bucket in hallway collecting water. Big hole in ceiling showing wires. Sign in back no cameras and vehicle not safe or protected. Pool was filthy and slimmy as hot tub was green and slimmy. Dont let response to this post mislead you all this was true. They are not honest. Don't waste your time at this hotel.
