Front desk switch our room due to AC and I guess they didn’t update the system, so at 2:10 am, two random men used a key card and opened our door to get in. When overnight staff came up, he was questioning me like we did something wrong. When I tried to file a complaint and ask for a refund he said I needed to wait on a manger. Went in the morning to speak to a manager and they said he wasn’t going in to be in until after check out. I called twice and he never returned my call. So I plan on going to cooperate.

The breakfast that had scrambled eggs & diced potatoes, toast, juice, coffee ( w/ sugars, creamers), cereal, oatmeal, breakfast muffins....really good! ?? Nothing to complain about....

The only thing good about it .it's was easy to get around and close to where I wanted to go The bathroom has mold and the wash cloth need changing they are dirty need to trow away
