This was a nice, family-friendly facility was kind staff.

The overall appearance of the hotel was good. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. I used the fitness center and it was good for a standard center! The cleanliness, however, left much to be desired. Our room had stains in the carpet and the bathroom was covered in mold and pink mildew. The paint was also starting to fall off the ceiling in the corner. I only felt comfortable wearing shoes in the bathroom and bedroom. The staff was very kind to me! I did walk past some staff arguing with guests which was a little weird to me. Overall, I would visit again, but request a cleaner room. I’m sure not every room was in that bad of shape. Hopefully things get fixed soon!

Very nice place to stay clean, well maintained abd quiet. Great breakfast and great service. We got there at dinner and the front desk gave us an amazing recommendation for a restaurant near by. The restaurant was amazing. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent, kind staff. Helped us get in contact with the right people to track down a lost wallet at a prior stop—@ 2:30a.m. We are most appreciative! Provided goodie bags for the people and pets. Overall, a wonderful experience at the end of a stressful 1,000 mile drive.

The price was triple the normal rate due to the graduation at Virginia Tech. It's ridiculous.

My wife and I got into town late so once checking in we both were excited to get some rest. However, once we got upstairs to our floor it was extremely hot and clammy. In our room specifically our thermostat read 85°. Our AC was completely turned off so we both had to go to bed sweating. I did turn the unit on to 60° and ran it all night. When we woke up this morning the room had only cooled down to 78°.

Upon arrival the check-in was very easy. We were greeted by a wonderful lady who told us about the hotel & amenities that are offered. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was great & got us started for our long drive. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
