No check in desk. Keys were in a box, hotels.com forgot send the code. Sink faucets not working, no tissue in the room and no way to get some since there were staff. On-line advertised cooked to order breakfast but nothing on site. Not worth the money spent. Will never go back!

Room and facility comfortable and attractive. Liked the access to the neighboring fitness center.

Room was comfortable. But no waters and furniture was tired. But bed and bed linens were terrific. Garden views are very pretty. Just need an update and needs to provide waters.Feels very safe, and very quiet though!

A bed and breakfast without breakfast. No host on premises. No elevator with a large staircase. Carry your own luggage up those stairs. No cable TV. Strong 1990's Tuscan theme. Time for an update. Worst shower I have ever had. Rain shower head in a very tall ceiling with half the little holes blocked. No way to get shampoo rinsed. Hand shower was OK, but not an ideal way to shower. The shower also was VERY slow to drain. Several inches of water remaining after short shower. Even though I let them know, nothing was fixed. By the third day there was so much soap scum on the shower floor it was too dangerous to use without adding a towel on the wet floor. Although I was not to be charged in advance, I was charged half when I placed the reservation and half 3 days prior to check in.

Staff were literally non-existent. No breakfast.
-
Great room, quiet, comfortable. My only drawback which is minor, was there was no water bottles which would have been a nice touch.

This place was truly a gem! We stayed in the Valencia RoomIt was classy and comfortable! My husband and I plan to return on our next visit to Sacramento. The contactless check in was seamless and easy. The Inn keeper was genuinely kind and did an excellent job with communication!
-
Accommodations were great! The only issue was locating the room since the entry was a key box and there was no floorplan to direct me to my room.
-
Anthony the innkeeper is amazing! Very communicative.
-
Our room was perfect, but the promised breakfast did not happen. A few communications through the manger did not reconcile the issue. Otherwise, an amaxing place , in an unnepected area
-
Terrible guest service with keeper not answering to emergency calls or after hours until the following days; plumbing issues in the condo where shower stall doesn’t drain for 45 minutes and neighbors have to complaint that they are being affected by the water pouring through the ceiling through their electrical system. Overpriced property for the amount of the money paid. No food service at the “resort” and key locks are dated and don’t work well. Motel 6 has a better service than this “resort”.
-
Our room was okay only good thing I. An say is AC works great and towels r great everything else was bad bad n no breakfast
-
They canceled my reservations and saying my credit card did not go thru. Then I found out they failed to run my credit card through

This hotel is in major transition with the recent purchase by Lifetime. There is construction and there is no food/beverage and no room services. The fitness center is across the street with a pool and great workout area open 7am-7pm. The room was clean and quiet.
-
Our room was great, but unfortunately we were looking for a bed and breakfast and there was no food available. It would have been nice to let us know prior to booking so we could cancel if need be. But other than that, we enjoyed our visit. We would come back if everything is working.
-
It was furnished and stocked with everything one needs. Very cozy.
-
Perfect spot for unwinding or little get away...so easy checking in and out !..... will be going back for sure again!

No spa or dining available, pool at a different facility, tv required you have app pswrds, breakfast was lukewarm coffee and store bought pastries. Landscape not maintained, fountains did not operate and were green with algae. Decietful advertising. Indoors impressive layout, beautiful, but functionally in very poor shape.

The hotel was shut down for business. Expedia virtual agent was pleasant and I thought would be helpful but the issue was not resolved because Expedia is required to contact the hotel before refunding my costs. It has been 4 days and still I have not heard back from Expedia. I do not plan to use Expedia for any future travel.
-
Even though there was renovations happening and many amenities were unavailable. It suited my needs perfectly.
