It was gated and the staff was really nice ! The price was great for just a place to sleep at night ?

TV worked. Room was decent size. Clean. Microwave and frig. Literally 3 car lengths to the I80 freeway. Loud all night. Can't open a window. No hot water. Sink faucet coming apart

Absolutely nothing. From the absolute second I arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. Homeless people sleeping on bare mattresses on the blacktop covered in feces in the parking lot. Full of trash and broken down rvs/vehicles. Giant barbed wire fences surrounding an uncomfortably dilapidated building Covered in filth. Spray paint and trash all over. Customer service 0/10. The Indian man at the desk very clearly on drugs, and intent on trying to scam people out of money. Trying to adjust booking to up charge. Overweight and smelled foul, putrid and very potent cigarettes. Wires hanging out of the walls, hazards all around. An atrocious place to stay. Better off sleeping in a dumpster behind a Walmart.

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed at for being a motel! Fully updated rooms! I liked the gated parking lot! It was nice and quiet will definitely be back!

Breakfast was not offered. As a senior with limited mobility, I appreciated the reserved parking. The location was excellent . It was quiet. I didn’t use but appreciated the refrigerator and microwave (for next time)! The room temperature was comfortable so I never needed to turn on the heat or air. Lighting was good. I appreciated the chair that I could move to sit in front of the sink and mirror. I was also able to move it into the bathroom because I needed something to hang onto to get up from the toilet and bathe. Due to my age and limited mobility, I was also very pleased and grateful that the staff member on duty came out to my car to get my ID and credit card, deliver the door key, and give me precise directions to my room and reserved parking! I should have asked for a handicap accessible room. I was not able to use the shower because there was nothing o hang onto to climb into the bathtub. Also, I’m short and had difficulty getting onto the tall bed! The walkway to my room (126) was cracked. I used my walker for safety, but it might be a good idea to repair it.

The staff at this hotel is most rude, unhelpful, unprofessional that I have ever dealt with in any industry.

So much road noise and not a very clean area. If you can afford a nicer place, you should probably stay elsewhere.
