the room was very badly ventilated and smells very bad the check in has to be at 3 pm and then they called me next day to leave at 11 am !! and told me this is the Motel policy!

It would take me at least 5 min to unlock my door everytime I tried to get in. I had to go to the office numerous times. It was so frustrating. Usually I have no issues from this location.

My TV never worked. I reported it to the front desk but it was never repaired/replaced.

Your morning staff (during my check out)was condescending and rude. And for that reason I will stop staying at this facility. I've stayed at this location many times. And I have never been treated like that.

First off they could not find our reservation through Bookings. Put us on the second level when I had requested verbally and through email we wanted a lower level room. The room smelled heavily like cigarettes smoke, which the smell was so bad I vomited ? and had migraines which was not pleasant. We moved rooms twice before we found a room that that was less smelly. The bed was horrible, you moved the aluminum frame made noise and it was really hard and we shared one pillow. The noise level was awful. The dog barking and the couple next to us fought ever night and FU was their love language. It was just ? shady. After calling Booking and talking to Bianca P. She couldn't help and talking to the front desk they didn't help either. Never again will I stay at a Motel 6.

For being a Motel 6… staff were super friendly and the rooms look so nice. And I truly enjoyed that there was a couple of fast food places and a 7 eleven near by.
