Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location.

Close to airport The bed was very uncomfortable! The bedding was scratchy and the bedspread too thin and short for the bed; the pillows were far too soft and floppy and offered no support at all. I didn’t sleep one wink.

Staff was very helpful. Took the shuttle to the airport. Staff helped set it up and the shuttle driver was very polite. Outside and rooms were clean. Did not have breakfast because we left hotel at 4:00am. Would highly recommend this hotel

Clean Cabinet drawer didn’t close right and you charge parking $15 a day.

We have been loyal customers of Hotels.com for an extended period, consistently booking trips and hotel stays with them. Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected parking charge during our recent stay. The website did not clearly advertise this fee, and when we questioned the front desk, they claimed it was advertised. However, the website only mentioned 'parking available.' Hotels.com support was unhelpful, stating they could do nothing about the charge. As long-time customers, it's disappointing that our concerns weren't addressed. Consequently, we will now be contacting hotels directly to inquire about potential parking fees before booking. Note they charge $15.00 per night

Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. Could hear nearby interstate traffic too, which was a bit annoying but I had ear plugs. This property along with others in North Natomas will be considered again when I visit family in the area. Thanks management team for making graduation weekend just a little easier with a comfy room, bed and great staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Arrived late, but onsite bar was open and provided food and drinks.

Conveniently located near Sacramento airport

Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to freeway and Sac Airport. Stayed to go to concert at Hard Rock Casino (30mins)
