La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Round Rock North

The whole time we stayed the TV did not work. Nobody cleaned our room. In fact I didn’t see anybody cleaning rooms. We had to go and ask for towels everyday. Horrible stay.

Hotel smelled bad on arrival, room was not clean. Hair and crumbs in bed, hair on shower walls, bad smell, tv didn’t work, toilet needed to jiggle the inside floater before it would flush, dead bugs inside the bathroom light fixture and I was out in a room near an outside exit door the slammed and people went out of all night. Never again

Hotel had a bad smell. I was assigned a room and it had the same smell. I asked for another room and the lady at the frondesk was nice and gave us another; however it had same smell.

Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.

The room was really dingy and terrible. Holes in walls, black mold around the shower, musty hallways, crack heads on the property, outdated and just really bad. Stayed in the room for 30 seconds before going back downstairs to cancel my stay. Front desk lady was absolutely great and understanding. I figured because it was a la Quinta that it would have standards and look good, but I was wrong and this is becoming a more prominent issue across this hotel chain.

Stayed 4 nights and the tv didn't work. Front desk first day said it'd be fixed later that day but it was out the entire stay.

The location was good. Good customer service The room had cobwebs, sheets were dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, stains on the chair, door does not close on its own. Room smells.

The staff especially front desk and breakfast lady, very nice Our first room had an ac leak and was musty. We asked to be moved and the front desk got us another room very quickly, the second room was ok but the room had a stale smell. I ended up getting a bottle of febreez and sprayed the room which helped a lot

This hotel is DISGUSTING. completely run down and filthy. The doors going into the building on the side were broken, therefore completed unlocked and anyone could have gotten in. It was so gross and if I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the front desk was nice and that’s the only good thing I have to say.

The hotel is very outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms felt old, the furniture was worn, and the overall condition of the property did not match our expectations. Cleanliness and maintenance could also be improved. Va The location was convenient and the staff was polite

Throughout my stay, the staff was not very helpful, and there were several occasions when no staff members could be found when assistance was required. Additionally, the restroom in my room was not as clean as expected and appeared to need more thorough attention from housekeeping. Overall, the lack of customer service, missing basic amenities, and cleanliness concerns made for a less-than-satisfactory experience.

The tv did not work so we had to watch a game on our phones and pay for it. The towels smelled and there was parts of the ceiling in the room coming off. The continental breakfast was not so great either. All the fruit was not ready to eat and it was more limited than usual.

Reception on TV is terrible everything else is good.
