Had Avery nice stay

Staff were very friendly, loved the local info they provided for those of us traveling with pets. Room was clean and breakfast was good!

We really enjoyed this property. Our only problem was the night we checked in. The clerk had a friend visiting and clearly was more interested in them.

Staff were nice. No coffee in room. Hotel was loud. Rusty in fridge and shower. Fire alarm went off before 7 am and stayed on for 25 minutes. Not a great nights rest.

Staff seemed very inattentive and things were broken.

The room was fine but the bathroom was really dirty...

The room was really small for it being a one bed room.

Breakfast eggs we had to wait for and oatmeal was cold and orange juice was frozen, but we did the best we could it didn’t seem like many options. No microwave in room was a major inconvenience we brought food to heat, and if we had known there was no microwave in room we would have picked a different hotel.

There was no black out shade or way to block out the big light from the parking lot for sleeping. Coffee downstairs was later than stated but breakfast was decent.

I booked the room because i wanted simple. I didn't sign up for disgusting.

A very minor issue we had with the room shade malfunctioning was addressed very promptly by the maintenance staff.

First time staying at a Tru so wasn't sure what to expect. For the price we paid the property was adequate. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast with make your own pancake machine. A fresh yogurt dispensing machine using a Wisconsin creamery was excellent-even had ingredients for add-ins such as mini chocolate chips! Staff was ready to help and clean the table after guests finished eating.

The bathroom was not completely clean. There were stains on the toilet that i had to clean up and I had to wipe down the sink as well

Very nice, simple room much like places we’ve stayed in Europe. A very good value.

Breakfast was at best average in my opinion. On our first stay the juice machine was out of order. Needs more variety in my opinion.

The place was nice and the room was good, but when I woke up I had bedbug bites all over my legs.

Unfortunately the juice machine at breakfast was out of order and no white milk for cereal. Jusr an average morning breakfast. Everything else was above average

Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a rushed stay due to travel but overall my wife and I enjoyed the comfort.

La pasamos muy bien, bajamos un rato a jugar billar, fue divertido, la atención del personal estuvo a la altura, las habitaciones muy comodas y amplias, la limpieza excelente, muy buena experiencia, gracias por las atenciones.

Great overnight stop. Clean. Comfortable. Breakfast and conveniently located. Would stay again.
