An unauthorized user used my card to purchase a booking, the hotel was very unhelpful on getting me a refund back.

Rowdy neighbors arguing in the wsrly morning hours 1am and 3am my kids and i couldnr rest. They have people living there so it was a little crazy they think they can do whatever they please.

The bathroom was disgusting, I put a small towel in the tub before showering and immediately it turned black. There were cockroaches in the room, no fitted sheet on the bed. Safety terrible, the bottom part of the bed was sticking out and it didn’t give enough room between the bed and the desk. Wi-Fi terrible connection was horrible; it is free!

They we’re friendly

The room was fairly clean. Having a hot tub was nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. But everything was run down and outdated. Cracks, chips & scratches on the paint, walls, tiles & furniture. TV did not work very well. This place could definitely use some remodeling. Overall not bad if you’re looking for an inexpensive motel

This hotel sits on the corner of what is the two main intersections in the city of Rosemead, CA (a suburb, 10 miles east of LA ) . They said you can’t hear traffic yet you’re close to all needed conveniences whether it’s a Walmart or a laundromat, etc. etc. anyway after spending all day landscaping family property, which currently has no hot water. I needed a rest and a hot shower so this clean, comfortable, quiet room served the purpose and the staff was friendly and very flexible allowing me to check in later then usual or then is required so I thank them. Very easy checkout and just a very non-eventful experience thank you.

Needed a place to rest from a 16hr drive. The manager accommodated me to extend my late check in to early morning 4am. Refreshed and ready to continue on my journey! Thank you very much!

Not clean. WiFi doesn’t reach all the rooms

Hot tub was nice , rooms are clean and comfy I have stood at this location now 4 times this is my favorite place especially after a long stress week getting into the jacuzzi awesome

I feel if they put in more work to the bathrooms it would be a higher level hotel. Showers and tubs are in pretty bad condition.

Enjoyed my stay me and my fiancé were very happy everything was as expected

I use to go here quite often, but they started changing a lot of things every other week. I missed my checking by a few minutes due to my tire being popped. I took a tow truck all the way back to the motel just so they would deny me a room even though I had made a reservation. The proof was right in front of their faces when the tow truck was dropping my truck. I had to sleep in the truck!! The cleaning ladies are amazing but the office people are rude and grumpy. I I have never been asked for a deposit and then all of a sudden they ask for a $50 deposit. I let them know that I have never done that before and the lady said well now it’s a $50 deposit 😳 highly upset I still paid it. Tha was back in April, it’s about to be a month since my deposit has been on hold. This is ridiculous! Absolutely no way im going here again. It was a great place until they started with all this weirdness

The jets on inroom hot tub didnt turn on. But water was warm and had lots of space.

Wasn’t very clean walls wasn’t very clean and it had spider webs around the top border white stuff was coming out the jets of the jacuzzi probably need to be serviced

The room was clean, the bathroom functional, but somewhat dilapidated. The wifi-password I was given was almost correct; after trying some different combinations, I got it to work - this is after I asked another guest for who was also waiting at the front desk for the staff that never came (at least not during the 5 minutes I waited there).

Literally baby Nats all hovered from the bathroom to the sink floorboards peeling in some areas & the door scarily easily unlocked. Also when u get there there's a $50 co fee that they don't tell u abt when u book. Pillows & sheets dont look washed luckily I brought a blanket. Soap was crusted when poured out. Bed rock hard. I wish I was exaggerating. TV was nice tho !
