The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. I really like the hotel.

I was confused about the registration office and the rooms.

Filthy carpet, out dated room if not stayed in the renovated side. Doesn’t even offer a note pad to write on. I stayed here every time I come to San Gabriel Valley but look like this time I’ll be the last.

The location and the lady bar tender was great They could fix the plumbing the end room I was not able to buy what I wanted for breakfast during my 3 day stay because I was told they was short staff. I had to eat the buffet. But other then that nice hotel

Nice location. Sofa in lobby has threadbare upholstery! Paint chipping in shower ceiling Breakfast had few choices for the price, Housekeeping didn’t replace empty tissue box, face cloths & didn’t vacuum crumbs from the day before Sofa in room looked very old

While checking in I wasn't advised of anything simply grabbed my card and gave me my room keys. I had to be proactive and ask about parking since I saw the QR code. Although the stay did not include breakfast they didn't even explain how breakfast, lunch or dinner worked/costs and times. Yes they had a QR code to scan at the room but I feel that providing that to your guest upon check in is essential hospitality. Check out was exactly the same experience simply grabbed my key and said your all set, didn't even ask how was your stay. Housekeeping only goes if you request it (I was there 4 nights and housekeeping never went even to check if we had toilet paper left). Body wash was empty on our first night I had to ask a housekeeper in the hallway for some. As someone who had very little time to be in the room/ hotel other than at night it would be nice to have housekeeping checking the room at least for essentials on the daily. Overall very disappointed with the hospital provided here.

no breakfast included, only complementary items were coffee, two cheap water bottles and cookies which were not good. pool was also not maintained and full of leaves/ flowers from trees

Great stay like always, clean, nice views has everything close by to go eat shop

Clean room, great size and the pool has shade big plus! We love coming here. Parking fee which is so inconvenient do too where the hotel is located. Also pool could've been cleaner!

We came to the town for a funeral .. We left with a smile on our faces
