Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Romeoville I-55

If I could give it zero stars I would. Homeless people sleeping outside the entry to the hotel, on the benches for the guests. Avoid at all costs.

Honestly it was an okay stay. Hotel served its purpose. The staff were welcoming which made me feel welcomed. Great start! Front desk staff offered me a bottle of water and showed great hospitality manners. Check in was quick and easy as well as the check out process. I would suggest that the rooms be check thoroughly as in my room there was a nasty critter by my bed headboard which was unpleasant to see… the bathroom sink needs repair as water was not going draining properly. Other than that it would be nice to have cooler mini fridges. 3/5 stars overall.

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and the employees kept the food fresh and ready.

We would stay here again.

Noon check out is an out-standing feature. I checked out earlier but it felt good not to have to rush. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and breakfast staff.

Staff was very polite and the room was clean and cozy.

It was a great 2 day stay to visit Chicago nice n quiet

Quick family get away, traveling with adults and 1 child.. overall very happy with hotel, room was fine, had hot water (wooohooo), breakfast was good and plenty of options, used pool but not work out room, didn’t need anything from staff during stay but they were very pleasant and welcoming when we passed them when we were coming and going. Definitely would stay here again.

Breakfast could have been A lil warmer boil eggs where Cold otherwise it where good Well the only thing I wished the cleaning lady would have changed the sheets but I would come back it was Nice

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very clean rooms and all areas well maintained.

The room was nice but they informed us that since we were staying more than three days which we were(3 nights 4 days) that they would not be cleaning the room for 3 days. We were able to have them change the sheets daily which was nice. We aren’t slabs so it was not a big deal. The staff was very nice and accommodating for any and everything that we needed, including The fact that we needed a fan to blow the cold air from the back room to the front room because there is no vent or ventilation in the front room at all, even though there is a thermostat in the front room. It doesn’t do anything, nor is there any air moving at all in the front room. That’s the only negative of the whole day. It was great. We had a good time.
