Honestly, it was our first negative experience with a hotel and quite a while, like over a decade. The property itself was decently clean, but the room left something to be desired. Splashed stains and debris in the kitchen around the trash, and various missed spots. What really made this stay extremely un pleasurable was the fact that we booked a room that was supposed to be for four people. We only got three pillows. We were unable to get an extra pillow. My wife had to negotiate to get a towel per person, and it is the first extended stay type location we have ever been at where there are absolutely zero utensils, plates, cups, or absolutely any amenities. There is no coffee machine. If you do want plates or a pan. You can buy one plate set for $20 in one small cooking set with like a spatula a spoon a pan and a pot for 40. Did I say they don't have a coffee maker? Nor any type of coffee being served on premises… I didn't know that was a thing. We've been at many extended stay locations and their various competitors and have even been able to check out waffle makers, Keurig, air, fryers, or anything we could possibly need to make our stay reasonable… Instead, we had to go to Walmart and spend money on pots and pans that we did not need… Bowls that we did not want… And utensils that serve served nothing more than the purpose of our vacation . For the price I paid I would expect at least a coffee, and maybe an ability to use the kitchen, which is why we even got the place.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and pretty spacious. I like the kitchenette and the ability to cook my own meals and make the sourdough bread I so love to make and share It can get a little loud in the halls especially with some of the crowd that comes in and after a night at the bar right behind the hotel

Location No hand towels, only a bar of soap for shower, no hand soap only two towels and cant ask for more between certain times ( front desk is closed) no ice machine .. it’s an extend a stay??

Bring you own dishes and pans or you can buy them from the front desk to buy desk. We were given 2 washcloths and 2 very thin small towels for a four day stay additional towels need to be exchanged daily for a fee. There are NO USB charging plugs in room. The selection of TV shows was very limited. There is no pool. There is an additional pet fee per night. The staff was friendly. We will not stay here again. Would not recommend.

I was not impressed. Both my daughter and I were concerned with a random phone call to our room 5 minutes after we arrived and then at 2:15 in the morning there was a strange banging noise outside our room door. We did not feel very safe.

Banging and bumping all night had to leave in the middle of the night and find a room that was better than that. Will never stay there again.

Clean room. Staff helpful.

The hotel is pet friendly and allows animals in all rooms. So all rooms have the potential for pet hair and dander. The worst part is that the linens, while "clean" had animal hair on them. It makes the room feel unclean in general. Unpleasant

Lobby looked and smelled clean. The put us in room 105, wreaked of cigarettes. My husband said he charged $28 for our dog, which is an certified emotional support animal and is against the law. I went to the desk and complained about the smoke and my throat burning. He moved us to 113. I also told him he isn't allowed to charge for Esa or service dogs, he said he didn't know. But it's been charged anyway. Would not stay here again. Lobby and hallways clean. Rooms have black mold that has been painted over with dark gold paint. You can still see it where the walls meet. Bed was very hard.

Hello the stay was justbfine

The lady at check in was very nice. Smelled terrible in the hallway and room. No bedding on or for the pull out. Not enough towels. Uncomfortable beds. So noisy, coming from inside hotel and exotic bar next door.

We stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though when we arrived at 10:30 pm the front desk was closed and we needed to phone a national number to get the night clerk to come check us in. The room, though reasonably clean, was very outdated and had a strange and unpleasant smell. There was also a very foul smell in the hallways on the first floor. It was a cheap stay, but we would certainly not stay here again.
