The staff was amazing all weekend! Overall, the property is nice, feels safe, and is clean. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, and it could use a good, deep cleaning. There were some stains on the couch and carpet areas that appeared to have come from children. The room size is PERFECT for having kids with a large "living" area and kitchen!

The room was great and the staff were friendly. However, they are now charging $5 (plus tax) per night for parking. We were not informed of this until after we checked in.

Excellent staff and service! Rooms were clean and felt new. It was a very comfortable environment and the full kitchen with utensils + free breakfast is hard to beat. Definitely my favorite stay in Roanoke.
