Great parking clean room excellent staff

The air conditioner is super loud, you can’t get into sleep. Found bugs on the bed!!!

A throw back to an earlier time. Classy rooms, nice staff. Fridge and microwave. I liked it all

I stay there because , it is near to UC.

Loved how spacious the rooms were and that the mini fridge we had in our room also had a small freezer. That was neat! Also this location was nice to stay in while having the University of Riverside less than 5 minutes away. The entrance to go in is kind of small trying to enter from the main road with a huge truck in the middle of the lane was kind of difficult. There were lots of signs of no smoking but when we checked into our room it smelled of cigarette smoke. So I had to let the room air out a bit because I have asthma.

Maybe clean floors with something milder . Or let it air dry a while longer before closing doors and windows. It smells strong when you first open door and enter room.

There was a fire at my son's apartment and i booked this hotel as an emergency. But then we decided that it was better for my son to come home instead of me going there. I tried calling the hotel and even sent them a message to check the possibility of canceling and getting a credit for the future stay but neither they picked the phone nor replied to my message.

Nothing It was very dirty needs to be upgraded and the owners are very rude and disrespectful

clean room. shower only put out room temperature water. everything else ok

Clean room with parking right in front. Accessible features were okay. Furniture and plumbing were definitely on the worn side. The mattress was terrible.
