Nice, clean hotel. Very basic, simple and no frills.

The hotel is a budget hotel that was ok. It was $161 for the night because there was a softball tournament in town. It wasn't worth that price. A normal $78 a night charge, it would be well worth the price. Breakfast is ok. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. It just wasn't worth the up charge.

Room for the most part was clean. Wish the room was designed with end table at the bed head for phones and accessories.

I LOVE this place. My go to hotel as I travel down to florida. Always clean and fresh and I like the no carpet in the rooms. Great place to stay.

The floor in our room was kinda sticky and the water pressure in the shower was terrible but overall a great stay

Welcoming- decor and staff. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good; lots of choices. I wish the TV channel selection was better, and only one ice machine on 1st floor — it ran out often. The friendly/helpful staff were so nice — registration, housekeeping, and breakfast workers. My first stay at Avid and I will stay again.

The only downside was the poor soundproofing.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also loved the mountain view’s from our window.

Friendly staff and an attractive, well maintained facility. Very pleasant.

Bed was comfy. In the shower there was conditioner in the shampoo so I couldn’t shampoo my hair. The body was pump was totally broken. I told the guy at the front desk and he had ear buds in and he just stared at me and didn’t write it down. Who knows if he even heard what I said. I think $50 is way too high for a pet. I say lower your prices and get a deposit then when everything is fine you give it back. Our dog is completely potty trained and clean. Why so expensive?

The staff were also nice. And they took special time to talk to my son.

The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that there was only one ice maker and it didn’t keep up.
