The room was clean but very outdated and didn't look anything like the photos. The best thing about the property was the plants in the lobby. Everything else was a bust as far as the property. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The exterior is rough. Genuinely looked like the set of a horror movie when I pulled up, and I almost kept driving. Inside was a different story, at least on space. The room was big, and that counts for something. But it needs love. The lamps didn't have working bulbs, and honestly the room is crying out for hardwood floors instead of the carpet, which a lot of motels have figured out by now. The carpet and comforter were icky enough that I didn't want to set anything down on them. Towels were the thin, scratchy kind you expect at this price point. Here's the thing though, and I want to be fair: I don't think this is the staff's fault. The lightbulbs literally had the hotel's name written on them, which tells me people steal everything that isn't bolted down. That's a tough situation to run a place in. One practical tip: outlets are scarce, so bring an extension cord if you need to charge a few things overnight. Check-in was easy and the staff were genuinely friendly. It's also an easy walk to a grocery store and a convenience store, which made the stay more livable. A spacious, no-frills budget option. Manage your expectations, pack a cord, and you'll be fine.

Do not book this hotel it is disgusting we have travelled extensively & we could not believe what we walked into and just as quickly left and found a better hotel. I would suggest Expedia take it off the booking site.the only thing that could fix this hotel would be a bulldozer.

Got what I paid for, kinda meh room, clean property, very friendly staff, reasonable wifi speed.

This place needs to come down. So old with NOTHING updated, maintained or repaired. Low price does not make it worth it. Go elsewhere!

It was a decent place but the front desk was extremely helpful. Megan was really sweet and attended promptly to my request regarding the room. She was respectful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Megan and the team.

Not really a lot, but was all we could find for the wedding Staff was good, both keys did not work day 2, bathroom was disgusting, seemed like long term low income residents all over, some staring at us with their doors open. 9 channels on TV, stains on sheets.

Nothing, old and outdated Everything was dirty and outdated

Good price. That’s about it. I would spend the extra money towards a decent hotel. Bathtub was stained and dirty so we didn’t even shower. Room smell like smoke. Broken furniture. I didn’t trust the bed so I only laid on top of it.

Worst kind of hygiene

Breakfast was good, the location was quiet and safe. No complaints.

This place is disgusting. The ceiling was rusty and moldy all the way around the perimeter. Ceiling tiles won’t even in properly. The tub was stained and the tub surface wasn’t flat. There was a lump in the middle of the tub. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. There are cracks and damage all over the place. The only thing nice about this place in the rooms was the floor. The AC cannot be adjusted. And there are not hairdryers or coffee makers in the rooms as you show listed on the site. I will never stay this place again.

Before I stayed here I had deluded myself into thinking that I just need a safe and quiet place to lay my head and that nothing else matters so much. This place made me re-assess my priorities. It was the kind of run down that one imagines one might find in an impoverished section of a third world country. The first room reeked so bad of cigarette smoke my lungs started to hurt after a while. I requested a different room and the new room didn't smell of smoke, but it was even more dilapidated than the first - water stained ceiling, peeling paint, chipped everything, ... The one bright spot was the woman at the front desk. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help were on par with what I would expect from a luxury hotel. She handled every interaction with grace and courtesy. I couldn't understand what someone like her was doing working in a place like this.

One light not plugged in, and socket was unreachable due to bed location. and one socket not working.

Exceptional
-
Everything was very good. The only thing there could have been something to make the tub less slippery.
-
The place is so old. There are stains in the microwave as well as in the small fridge. Guests are smoking besides the rooms.

Room was clean, no parking problem, no remotes control for the TV. You get for what you paid.

It bothered me enough to take my business elsewhere Customer service was all they had. Hope he is not allowed to work front desk in future as he is bad for their businesses bottom line
