I love the room

Clean room, walking distance to many places

The location is another huge plus—it’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the surrounding area, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. A big thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff and the facility were great. My only complaint is the lack of security around the splash/pool area. Unlike other Aloft hotels I've stayed at, access to the pool area did not appear to require a hotel key card, making it easy for non-hotel guests to enter. Also, the fact there were no security cameras in the pool area. During our stay, there were individuals using the pool area who were not hotel guests, and unfortunately my daughter's phone was stolen. I would recommend implementing key card access to help improve security and ensure the area is reserved for registered guests. Otherwise, housekeeping and the room was awesome!

Great place to stay

Front desk staff was super helpful with guiding me through a unique situation. Rooms were spacious and clean, location is great and there are enough things to do/places to eat right outside so you wouldn’t have to go too far unless you wanted to. Never any issues finding a place nearby to park, excellent experience all around.

Great location, free parking in back that allows you to take elevator all the up to the room makes for easy loading and unloading.

My entire experience was pleasant

We really like Sarah! Make sure she is taken care of We were there a week, so we had a crazy schedule. Probably, if I'm staying that long, I would want more flexibility on the room refresh. They did it when we asked, but I'm thinking there might be a better way.

The building is within walking distance to places to eat with a variety of cuisine to choose from . The surrounding area is pleasant with a family atmosphere . The staff was friendly and helpful. Our bed had clean bedding but nothing was tucked or placed neatly . The pillows were thrown at the foot of the bed. There was a wet spot in the carpet where I’m assuming they had shampooed the area . Our feet/socks got wet when walking across the floor so we had to leave shoes until bed time .

Great staff!!. Nice location.

The staff was not helpful at all, except for one woman, way after. We weren’t given any estimated time and we drove in from out of state for a concert. Very disappointed.

The staff was super helpful, it served hot breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained. It is a smoke free property

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The staff was great, very clean and the room we really like. The ONLY negative is parking. Very little parking in the back and they explained we could park in the garage but never told us where so we tried to find it and entered one garage but our key didn’t work so I assumed that wasn’t their garage. I do take some blame there for not asking specifically but I kinda feel like it was up to them to explain where. Again we will definitely stay again!

Our stay was very pleasant. Great location and the staff was friendly. The manager during our stay was Christina T. She was very kind and pleasant. She assisted my family with all our needs and was very kind.

Beautiful hotel. Very well kept and CLEAN! Beds are comfortable and pool was great for us. Maybe some more breakfast options available also.

Oh, Need hooks in the bathrooms for towels.
