Stay was comfortable. Quiet . .Great location.

So I needed a one night cheap hotel as a stop on a road trip. Clearly the area is expensive; this was the cheapest option. It became apparent why. Entering was vaguely dirty- hair and debris mopped along the edges of the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, everything worn and old. Stayed there one night and got out by 6 am because: pretty gross. Would pay up an extra hundred to stay somewhere cleaner and newer.

The price was perfect for how big the room. The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were very clean. House keeping checked on you to make sure there was nothing you needed. You are not far from any of the beaches. Everything is in perfect driving distance. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our room & bathroom was clean, staff was nice and helpful, easy check-in/check-out & parking, and cold AC. Would recommend, and stay there again!

They were very nice and allowed us to check in at noon. The people who run the motel are very nice and even sent us a note after checking out thanking us for our stay and hope to see us in the future. In my opinion, the value was high since we paid $214.50 for one night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Accommodated ou request for first floor. Easy check in and check out. Convenient location for both Lewes and Rehobeth. Will book again in the future

This motel was very clean and easily accessible. It was definitely "bare bones" though - didn't even have a coffee pot in the room. There were coffee pots in Check-in Office but were empty. Office didn't open until 8AM so getting coffee early meant a trip to WaWa down the street. TV was very fuzzy - we couldn't even watch it. For what we paid for our night - we were very disappointed.

Convenient location. Microwave and mini fridge. No coffee pot or alarm clock. Friendly staff. Good choice for an older motel.

I had a good stay at this Motel. It was clean, peaceful, and they were clear as to their expectations of me as a visitor at check-in. Great stay!

Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again.

My son and I stayed for two nights and found the room clean and worth the price. The location is great, close to beach attractions. and well cleaned for our second night. It could use hooks for clothes in the bathroom, the shower was hot and great water pleasure. The heat and air conditioner worked well. Nice stay.
