Best Western Plus Executive Suites

Close to Stanford Hospital. Staff were very friendly. Clean hotel.

Staff was really resourceful. The amenities are good and the place is maintained well. The hot water stopped during my stay due to a maintenance issue but the staff was quick to support a cancellation request and even refunded a portion of the fees for the inconvenience.

Room is clean, breakfast is simple enough, good location convenient to everywhere, parking in front of your room.

I stayed recently for 3 nights while attending a concert at Stanford. The stay was better than expected. The room was very clean, shower pressure was great, breakfast was included and parking free!

Paid in full through Bookings. As soon as I arrived the desk clerk demanded a credit card. I explained that I already paid but he refused to give me the room key until I gave him a credit card it left me with an uneasy feeling. I tried to check out the next day but the clerk refused he said no matter what he would not refund the final day. I asked for a receipt which he gave me but I noticed it was for the following day. So I contacted Bookings but they were unable to help me. I would not recommend this hotel it's in a bad neighborhood alot of homeless outside the clerk warned me not to Even go next door to the Jack in the box. I will be filing a complaint with the district attorney for resolving this matter.
